Returned Check Page
Hey, it happens. There are lots of reasons a check can bounce. We understand that, however, you STILL need to make good on the check. Here is a list of our check policy’s.
- If you bounce a check you should contact us and let us know. You receive notice before we do.
- Go to the bottom of this page and remit your payment. It will be the amount of your check plus a $35.00 service fee (This is what the bank charges us)
- If you decide NOT to make good on your check after we have contacted you we will need to send you a certified letter demanding payment. At this time you will be charged a $50.00 service fee plus the face amount of your check.
- If you still refuse to make good on your check after you receive our letter it will be turned over to a collection agency. You will be charged the face value of your check + $50 service fee + 30% for collection fees. You will also be reported to the credit agency's for delinquent or bad debt.
