Please this this into consideration when reading our policies below.
I work by myself as you know. Your time slot is set aside just for you. 12 hour cancelation time frame is 1/2 of what other salons have. Most salons are at least 24 hours and some are 72 hours. If you cancel with only a few hours notice it is difficult for me to fill your slot. I give a lot of leweigh in my cancelation policies so PLEASE do not abuse it. Thank you!

CANCELATION POLICIES:
Please give me as much notice as possible when canceling or changing your appointment.
If you give me less than 12 hours notice it is very difficult for me to fill your spot. This is considered a short notice cancelation. Customers that abuse our short notice cancelation policy may be required to place a deposit prior to booking or may be blocked from booking.
We do not charge for missed or short notice cancelations

- Changes or cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice should be texted to 570-739-1434

- Second time a deposit will be required to schedule
- Third time I will evaluate your appointment history and determine the best action

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment. Many times we are booked back to back and we want to give each client our full attention without waiting.
We strongly recommend booking your appointment using our on-line form.
Children
Please DO NOT bring children with you to your appointment. If you need to bring a child with you they must be able to stay in the waiting room unsupervised. Thank you.
Gratuity
Gratuity's are completely up to you. They are not expected but very much appreciated! Our primary goal is to exceed your expectations.
Payment
Professional Skin accepts cash or checks. We do accept credit cards at the salon. There is a bank with an ATM directly across the street. Please note that there is a $25 fee for any returned checks. See here.
